Breakfast smoothie ideas
1 cup (240 ml) of water
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
half of an avocado
1.5 cups of spinach
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth
A good one for breakfast if you don’t feel like the other options
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, or blueberries
1 cup of spinach
2 tablespoons of almond butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
