Breakfast smoothie ideas

 

  • 1 cup (240 ml) of water

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • half of an avocado

  • 1.5 cups of spinach

  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth

 

 

 

A good one for breakfast if you don’t feel like the other options

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, or blueberries

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
