Gut Healing Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
2½ cups almond milk
1 handful spinach leaves
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp cacao
2 medjool dates
1 tsp collagen peptide powder or 1 tbsp rice protein powder
Method
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
