Gut Healing Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups almond milk

  • 1 handful spinach leaves

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen berries

  • 1 tbsp cacao

  • 2 medjool dates

  • 1 tsp collagen peptide powder or 1 tbsp rice protein powder

    Method

    Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
